QR codes may not be the answer for direct mail

An international study led by the University of Cambridge found that a third of Brits have been so overwhelmed by texts, email and social networking that they have felt the need to escape it.
Viewers express confusion at BBC 'junk mail' programme

The report was supposed to concentrate on junk mail, however people watching at home were quick to point out the difference between criminal scam mail and legitimate advertising through leaflet company media agencies.
People watching the show on July 4th expressed their views on social media platforms such as Twitter, and proved that the public were aware of what constitutes junk mail.
